Exercises for Mobility

woman in tai chi poseAs a wellness center, we incorporate all aspects of healthy living. Movement is one way our body detoxifies itself by moving lymph. Unfortunately, lymph has no pumping system to move it throughout the body, and lack of movement not only slows the metabolism, but increases toxicity in the body. Our Exercises in Mobility classes use a combination of tai chi, gi gong, and breathwork to gently and slowly improve mobility, loosen joints, reduce inflammation, and calm the mind. Classes are held on Wednesdays @ 6:30 pm and on Saturdays @ 7:00 am.
